Bluefish provides an excellent offer for business and personal users. We have a couple problems wih this host when it comes to reliability and technical support. They provide no information that is useful when learning about equipment, facilities, backups, etc. Also, their technical support telephone number is only answered from 8 AM to 6 PM Mountain Time Monday - Saturday (Closed Sundays). If you have any problems outside of this time, who do you turn to? These times are also a problem for people that have 9-5 jobs. Outside of these possibly major issues, BlueFish looks to be an excellent option.

We gave them a lower score for support because their support links only provide FAQs and basic knowledge. They do not provide a live help or helpdesk option. If you don't have time for a telephone call to them, you'll have to wait for an email response.
We do like that they call you when you sign up for a new account. Customers can receive one on one instructions on how to set up their service and get the most from their hosting experience during this phone call which we found impressive.
